Using eCard World
eCard World provides tools to create, personalize, share, and deliver digital cards. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of artwork, text, and other content you upload. You give eCard World the limited permission needed to host, process, display, personalize, and deliver that content at your direction. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or send.
Acceptable use
Do not use eCard World to send unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unwanted content; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or upload malicious code. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for others.
Payments and refunds
Paid features are charged at the price shown at checkout through our payment provider. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, purchases are non-refundable once a paid digital service has been provided. Subscription cancellation and renewal terms are shown in the applicable checkout flow.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as hosting, payments, authentication, and email delivery. Their availability and terms may apply separately, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
Availability and liability
We work to keep eCard World reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, eCard World is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
